The oil distribution plate of the hydraulic pump plays the role of distributing high and low oil circuits in the hydraulic motor or pump so that the torque is output when the high-pressure oil in the motor or pump acts and the high-pressure oil in the plunger cavity where the torque is stopped is discharged when the low-pressure oil (oil return) acts. |

Hydraulic pump return disc The plunger pump completes the oil suction and oil discharge process by relying on the reciprocating sliding process of several plungers in the cylinder block: when the oil is discharged, the plunger moves forward, which is driven by the swashplate; During oil suction, the plunger moves backward, and this action is completed by the returned disc. There is a spring at the rear of the cylinder block. The spring pushes a spherical sliding sleeve, which pushes the return plate. There are 7 or 9 plunger holes on the returned disc to press the plunger slipper. During the half-circle rotation of oil suction, the inclined rotary return disk pushes the slipper backward, and the plunger can complete the oil suction action. |
