Tapping Taiwan Factory has 7 semi-automatic tapping machines and 1 full-automatic tapping machine, which can tap hard disk parts and motorcycle parts . The daily output can reach 200000 pcs, replacing traditional drilling machine tapping to improve quality and efficiency.
CCD visual inspection For the quality and efficiency requirements of hard disk parts and high-end consumer electronic parts, Heqin adopts CCD visual inspection mode. The inspection items can complete the inspection of size, appearance, screw hole and other specifications, and improve customers' trust in the quality and efficiency of CFTC production.
