Implementation of education and training

CFTC adheres to people-oriented business philosophy and actively cultivates and shapes talents for the sustainable operation and development of the enterprise in the future. The company has established a complete education and training system, including pre service training for new employees and on-the-job training for employees, and has imported complete training records into the ERP system synchronously to establish employee training record files.

The training plan is based on the annual plan of each department. In order to achieve the annual goal of improving production technology, optimizing product quality, improving customer service, and reducing procurement costs, as well as the business philosophy of sustainable development and innovation, the training courses of R&D and innovation ability, quality management, production management, business management and common core competence are planned in combination with the actual training needs of each department.

1.Pre service training for new employees

The management department shall arrange the training plan for new employees before they arrive. The training structure is divided into common subject training, professional subject training and work practice, which shall be jointly implemented by the HR department and relevant departments.

2.Employee on-the-job training

2.1 Training Plan

The training plan plans the internal and external training courses based on the annual plan of each department and the annual internal education and training needs.

Actively applied for and handled the Human Resources Improvement Plan of the Labor Development Department of the Ministry of Labor to optimize education and training resources by using government subsidies, hired external lecturers to give lectures in the factory, and trained internal lecturers of the enterprise, and won the commendation of excellent manufacturers in training conducted by the Investment and Commendation Branch in 2018.

2.2Qualification training

Every year, employees of the Quality Assurance Department and the Manufacturing Department shall receive on-the-job training on a regular basis, and shall be tested according to their professional abilities. After passing the evaluation, they can operate equipment and inspection instruments with recognized qualifications.
