Full time employee benefits

1.Year-end party: Hold the year-end party to comfort employees for their hard work throughout the year, and thank all colleagues for their contributions to the company in the past year.

2.Year-end bonus/employee remuneration: according to the annual operating conditions, a fixed proportion will be allocated to reward all partners for their hard work.

3.Distribution of work clothes and safety shoes for on-site personnel: provide employees' uniforms, coats, and safety shoes for on-site personnel regularly every year.

4.Payment of annual cash gifts: regular payment of cash gifts or equivalent commodity gift certificates on Labor Day, Dragon Boat Festival, and Mid Autumn Festival every year.

Health Care

Health examination: New employees must complete the physical examination before they arrive at work, and conduct health examination and doctor's consultation for in-service employees every year.
If the physician determines that health management is necessary for the health examination results, the Safety and Health Office will assist in health tracking and management to ensure the health of colleagues.

Breast feeding (collection) room setting: provide more perfect childcare environment for female colleagues.
